Before printing shipping labels from the SolidShip web solution, you need to install our Shipping Client onto your computer. The Shipping Client is a small app that allows us to access your computer's default printer so that we can automatically use it when printing labels.
The Shipping Client is designed to run in the background of your computer at all times. If you close it, you will need to relaunch it in order to print labels.

An Important Note for Firefox Users!
IMPORTANT! We are currently working on an alternative way to add the certificate automatically. In the meantime, you will need to add it manually before you can print labels. Troubleshooting When the Shipping Client Installation Window Appears During Shipping
If the Shipping Client isn't running, and you try to print a shipping label, the Shipping Client installation overlay window will appear. You don't need to reinstall the client, simply relaunch it.

Depending on your Windows settings, you may or may not see the .exe file extension.
5) The Solid Commerce Label Printing Client icon will now appear in the hidden icons pop-out of your computer's tray.
If you ever need to close the Solid Commerce Shipping Client, right click on its icon in the hidden icons pop-up and select Exit.
