Solid Commerce imports your listings by requesting an Active Listings Report from your Amazon Seller Central account. This article details the information we can import from that report.
IMPORTANT!
If you've used custom Leadtime to Ship settings on your listings, you will need to add those to Solid Commerce yourself through a bulk upload. You also need to import your taxability settings. We explain how at the bottom of this article. Before turning on the automatic import, we highly recommend consulting with your Implementation Manager.

Information Imported From Amazon

There are two separate sets of auto import options in the Marketplaces Setup. The Auto Import Setup is for Merchant Fulfilled. The FBA Auto Import is setup directly below. |

Custom Leadtime to Ship Settings
IMPORTANT!
The Leadtime to Ship field is not included in any report made available by Amazon, so we cannot import it.
However, Amazon requires that we submit the Leadtime to Ship field when we update quantities or you click the Update Listings button. If you ever update the amazon leadtime to ship in Solid Commerce, we will automatically submit the new handling time the next time we send an inventory update. If you want to update it faster, select the item in your Amazon Market List and click the Update Listings button.
If we leave this field empty in the files we submit, Amazon will automatically set your lead time to their default value of 1-2 days.
If you have established specific lead times on any of your Amazon listings, you will need to add those lead times to Solid Commerce immediately after you import your listings. Otherwise your custom lead times will be reset by Amazon to the default setting of 1-2 days as we update quantities or listing settings.
To add your lead times to Solid Commerce, use the attached Excel template.
1) Populate the product custom sku and warehouse id fields with your SKUs.
- For a list of all of your Amazon SKUs, download the Active Listings Report from your Amazon Seller Central account. Copy the SKUs and paste them into your Solid Commerce template.
2) In the amazon leadtime to ship column, enter a whole number between 1 and 30. You don't need to create a range or use the word "days."
- Enter the number representing the maximum number of days between when an order is placed and when it will be shipped.
3) Enter the name of the Amazon Market List from Solid Commerce in the list name column.
4) Upload your file by clicking the Upload Data button in the Solid Commerce Excel Add-In Tool. Enter your Solid Commerce credentials and select only Update Marketplace.
Taxability Settings
IMPORTANT!
The taxability of items is not included in any report made available by Amazon, so we cannot import it.
Instead, you must add taxability to the listings that have imported into your Solid Commerce account. Once you perform this easy update, items will relist correctly and existing listings will update properly.
To set the taxability in Solid Commerce, use the attached Excel template.
1) Populate the product custom sku and warehouse id fields with your SKUs.
- For a list of SKUs, download the Active Listings Report from your Amazon Seller Central account. Copy the SKUs and paste them into your Solid Commerce template.
2) If you want buyers to pay taxes according to the tax settings you established in your Amazon account, enter Yes in the taxable column. If your items aren't taxable, enter No.
3) Upload your file by clicking the Upload Data button in the Solid Commerce Excel Add-In Tool. Enter your Solid Commerce credentials and select only Update Product.
