Updating Your SolidShip Printer Settings

If your packing slip is not printing at all, you may not have setup SolidShip to use the correct printer and label format.

1) In SolidShip -> Go to the Options menu -> Setup Printers.

2) In the Printing Options window, select a printer in the Packing Slip Printer drop-down at the bottom of the window.

  • The Label Format for 4" x 6" thermal printers is: PNG.
  • Click the Save button.

3) Check the Print packing slip box in the SolidShip interface.

4) Test print an order from a marketplace that has a packing slip template. Your packing slip should print.

Updating Your Internet Explorer Print Settings

If your packing slip is printing, but the formatting is not correct, updating your Internet Explorer printer settings may help. SolidShip uses the IE settings when printing packing slips. To change them:

1) In Internet Explorer -> Tools menu -> Print -> Page Setup.

1) Launch your computer's Control Panel.

2) Select Devices and Printers.
