An Overview of Packing Slips and Invoices

Packing slips and invoices are customizable forms that include order details and a message to your buyer.

You can save a different packing slip and invoice for each marketplace. That gives you control over the information, policies, or promotions used for each market.

Packing slips and invoices are laid out in HTML. However, you don't need to know any HTML to customize the templates. They contain simple instructions to help you update your company information, thank you message, and return policy.

The templates also offer you the flexibility to fully customize your layout. You can add logos, banners, borders, tables, backgrounds, etc. to the HTML.

Packing Slips: The packing slip template is designed as an order confirmation for you to include in the box when you ship your orders. It doesn't contain any product prices or order totals.

Invoices: The invoice template is designed as a receipt for your buyer. It includes product prices, sales tax, and order total.
