UPS Shipping: Troubleshooting



Error:  “Missing or invalid shipper number” 


1.  Make sure you do not have past due invoices on

2.  On UPS.COM, check that the Account Number is linked to the User ID. If you log in on with the User ID, click on the yellow circle at the top right. From there, pick Accounts and Payments and then the option to Add an Existing Account.
