7. You now have the option to click on the green thumbs up to "Approve" the Return, the red x to "Decline" a return, or the trash can to "Delete" the return request

Approving the Return Request

  1. Click the Green Thumbs up for Approve the Return Request

  2. You will get a popup with two options:

Refund without Return  (NOTE: this feature is under construction at this time as all marketplaces do not support this feature)

    Buyer will return products

Buyer Will Return Products

You have two options to choose from for Who Will Pay for the return:

1. Buyer Will Pay for Return Shipment

For this option, buyer will need to provide the shipping label to return the item.  Going through the rest of this flow will create an RMA that will be emailed to "Buyer Email", which can be affixed to returned box for ease of return to your warehouse.

2. I Will Pay for Return Shipment

For this option, you are paying for the return label and emailing the return label to your buyer. Some merchants like to email the label to themselves and then send the label to the buyer so it doesn't get lost in junk/spam etc.
