New Amazon Listings APIs - July 2025

New Amazon Listings APIs

Amazon will be sunsetting the Listings Feed APIs July 30, 2025, and are moving to Listings API. The change was introduced by Amazon to improve the listing experience for Sellers who use integrations with 3rd party software.

What is changing?

For sellers who are using Solid Commerce to sync price and quantity, you should only notice that your price and quantity takes less time to process on Amazon.

For sellers who are creating new Amazon ASINs through Solid Commerce, please reach out to support@solidcommerce.com with the category/categories you are using.

When will you make these updates?

Starting the week of July 13th, we will start to migrate our sellers onto the Listings API, beginning with Price and Quantity, then moving to "Match by UPC/ASIN" and finally creating new listings support.

**Starting the week of July 27th, we will start to migrate our sellers for "Match by UPC/ASIN".  There are three NEW Excel fields that will need to be added to your listing templates: Please see this article

How will these updates affect my connection between Amazon and Solid Commerce?

The Listings API changes do not encompass orders or tracking. You will not need to reconnect Amazon to Solid Commerce.

What changes do I need to make?

If you are attaching yourself to existing Amazon ASINs through Solid Commerce by matching by ASIN/UPC/EAN, you will need to add three NEW Excel fields to your listing template: Please see this article.

If you are creating new Amazon ASINs through Solid Commerce, please reach out to support@solidcommerce.com to let our team know which category you are listing to.
