Infrastructure Upgrade
We are thrilled that we have successfully transitioned our software infrastructure to the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
This move will enhance our ability to deliver faster, more reliable services in the coming year and with greater transparency and monitoring abilities for you.
Looking ahead to 2025, we are going to provide you with customized and transparent SLA’s and with deeper systems operations visibility.
Brand and Operational Changes
Operationally, we are returning to the solidcommerce.com brand and so you will see our team move back to the @solidcommerce email domain.
We are also adding support to the following Marketplaces, please let us know if you would like to setup your account with that:
• Target+ - Connect with us to setup your account
• Temu – We will setup your account on Temu for free!
Billing Updates
The following payments methods do not incur processing fees by us:
• Debit Cards
• Zelle
• Wires
• Self-Initiated ACH Payment
• Solid Commerce-Initiated EFT
However, we are updating our credit card processor. Please be aware of the following updates effective January 15th, 2025:
• Charges will appear on your financial statements as “Channels Manager, Inc” instead of “Open Retail, Inc”.
• A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to transactions processed with credit cards.
