Endicia: SCAN form

We now support the Endicia Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form.   This will allow you to provide your USPS postal worker a single barcode so they can scan all trackable shipments with one scan.

How to Use:

After completing your USPS shipments for the day, go to

1. Orders>Close Shipping Manifest

2. In the popup, choose the Close Date, which will be the furthest date of when you last shipped packages that still need a SCAN form

3. Choose the Shipping Processor, which will be Endicia (USPS)

4. You will then be given the option to choose a Shipping Profile. Choose the Endicia (USPS) profile you are using for shipping.

5. Click submit

6. You will then get a PDF popup of your generated SCAN form that you can then print

Details to Note:

Same Ship Date:  all packages included on a SCAN form must have the same Ship Date as the Form's Creation Date.

For example: if you create a SCAN form on April 10, 2025, only packages with a ship date of April 10, 2025, are eligible.

Daily Processing: SCAN forms are designed to consolidate a single day's trackable shipments. You cannot create a SCAN form for shipments from previous days.

Best practice is to generate the SCAN form at the end of the day after processing all orders ad refunding any unused labels - ideally before 9pm local time.

No Post-Dated Labels:  if you print labels late in the day (after 8pm local time), some platforms recommend post-dating them to next day to ensure they align with the correct SCAN form, as USPS may not accept same-day postmarks after certain hours.

If you are shipping from multiple locations, you'll need separate SCAN forms for each origin ZIP code
