Reconnecting to Shopify

 

Before April 1, 2025, you will need to reconnect your Shopify account to Solid Commerce. You will need to Disconnect and Reconnect in your Channels Manager account. 

Please ensure you have Admin Credentials for your Shopify account before proceeding! 

UPDATE:

Please ensure you are logged out of Shopify Portal before following the steps below if you have more than 1 Shopify connection.

Step 1:

In your Channels Manager account, please go to Marketplaces>Sales Channel Connections. Select "Shopify"

Step 2: 

On the Import Settings tab, please take a ** screen capture of your current settings.  

This is an important step

 

Step 3: 

Once you have taken the screen capture from Step 2, you can now click on the Connection tab

Step 4: 

Click "Disconnect"

Step 5: 

Now you will be prompted to Connect!

Click on "Connect"

 

Step 6:

You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store and to the Solid Commerce app

Click "Open"

Step 7:

You will then be prompted to allow access to Channels Manager:

Select "Update"

Step 8: 

You will now be redirected back to Channels Manager

Please refer to your ** screen capture from Step 2 for your settings! 

IMPORTANT: 

For your "State Date for Order Import" please only go back as far as your last Pending Order date in Shopify. 

For most merchants, this is only a few days in the past. 

Step 8:

Remember to SAVE settings before exiting the page!
