Two factor: 

• once in 45 days - if you login more than once in a two week period
• If you haven't logged in 13 days after getting the code- you will be asked on the 14th for code.
• The title of the email will be   Your verification code for Channelsmanager login
• The email will come from noreply@solidcommerce.com  and likely go to your Spam or Clutter inbox
