Migration to Azure + Adding new IP addresses

 

9/27/2024: Update: We will be migrating to Azure Friday, September 27th through the morning of Sunday, September 29th (PST).

 

Dear Customer,

We are excited to inform you about upcoming upgrades to our infrastructure from on-premise, to Microsoft Azure Cloud.

This transition will bring significant benefits to you, including improved security, scalability, and reliability.

 

When will you make these upgrades?

Migration is scheduled for the late evening of Friday, September 27th through the morning of Sunday, September 29th (PST).

**Channels Manager will be inaccessible from Friday, September 27th at 10PM PST through Saturday, September 28th at 3AM PST. **

How will these upgrades affect my connection to Solid Commerce?

  • During the migration window, there will be a temporary pause in services, which is standard during scheduled maintenance.
  • You will not need to reconnect any of your marketplaces
  • Your Solid Commerce Portal URL will remain: https://www.channelsmanager.com

What changes do I need to make?

  • If you have a custom integration such as an ERP or FTP connection, please check with your vendor if they require IP address whitelisting.  If they do, please see note below under "Important Action Required"
  • You will not need to reconnect any of your marketplaces

If you have a custom integration or vendor integration, please check with your vendor if they require IP address whitelisting

To ensure a smooth transition, please be aware that if your systems require IP address whitelisting, the following IP addresses need to be whitelisted:

  • 20.64.224.129
  • 4.242.120.42
  • 4.242.121.166

Please update your records accordingly to avoid any potential access issues.
