The discounted rates we offer are the lowest rates available from the US Post Office, Commercial Plus Pricing (CPP). The discounts apply to both domestic and international shipping.

Opening a Solid Commerce Discounted Shipping Account
You can open your Solid Commerce Discounted Shipping account from your Endicia Label Server Shipping Profile (Admin menu -> Manage Shipping Carriers). For full details, see Opening Endicia and Discounted Shipping Accounts to Print USPS Labels.
Viewing Commercial Plus Pricing Rates
To view the discounted rates you will receive, click on the following link to US Postal's website: https://www.usps.com/business/prices.htm.
- The Domestic and International tabs give you a rough overview of the Commercial Plus discount.
- To view sample rates, find the name of the service you are interested in.
- To open the full rate card for a specific service, select the Downloadable Files tab.
- Find the name of the service you are interested in.
- Download the Commercial Plus rate card for that service.
Using a Solid Commerce Discounted Shipping Account to Print USPS Priority and Express Shipping Labels
Once you've opened your Solid Commerce Discounted Shipping account, it will be charged when you print USPS Priority or Express labels (both domestic and international). The discounts are applied automatically. Your Endicia Label Server account will be charged for all other USPS labels.
You will maintain separate postage balances on your Solid Commerce Discounted Shipping and Endicia Label Server accounts. You can add to both balances by opening your USPS Endicia Label Server Shipping Profile from the Manage Shipping Carriers page.
