Q: A buyer from my webstore called to request an address change. Where do I update the address, in Solid Commerce or in Volusion?

A: You will want to update the address in your Volusion admin area. Solid Commerce is constantly pulling order information from Volusion. We will get the updated address from Volusion.

Because we are constantly pulling orders from Volusion, if you update the Ship To address in Solid Commerce, but not Volusion, the new address in Solid Commerce will be overwritten by the old address the next time we import orders from Volusion.
