Marking Volusion Orders as Shipped

Overview

This process will show you what to do if you encounter Volusion orders that do not get marked as shipped once they are processed.

Procedure

1. Create a “Match Solid Commerce Shipping Types to Volusion Shipping Types” for the shipping method (how you shipped this order) in this portion of your Solid Commerce account.

• Marketplaces -> Marketplaces Setup -> MyStore Tab -> Match Solid Commerce Shipping Types to Volusion Shipping Types.

NOTE: Only now will the order get marked completed in Volusion.
