Ship From Address Not Changing for USPS

Overview

NOTE: For the Ship From Address to automatically adjust according to the shipping rule, the following two fields MUST be populated as well (in addition to the full address):

• Ship From Name -> NOTE: If you do not want to include a name on the shipping label simply cut the company name and paste it in the above field.
• Contact Phone -> USPS does not require this information.  However, UPS and FedEx do require it, and so this condition was added.
