We have implemented an additional security layer to our FTP service. We have shifted from traditional FTP to the more secure SFTP. The advantages of utilizing SFTP over FTP include encrypted data transmission, stronger authentication methods, and improved protection against unauthorized access.
In order to connect to your FTP directory use the following:
Host: sftp://scftp.solidcommerce.com
User: Same as your Solid Commerce user account email address.
Password: Same as your Solid Commerce user account.
Port: Can be left blank on FileZilla, on other FTP clients you might have to add port 22.
