Installing the Excel Add-in tool in the new cloud environment

Installing the Excel tool is a simple two step process that can all be done within Excel.

1. The first step is to open Excel, you will see a notification to update the Excel Tool. At this point you need to close Excel and re-open it. This action will update the Excel tool so that it is able to distinguish if your account is on the new environment or not.

    2. The second step is to enter your login in credentials while retrieving data from your account.

This action will completely update the Excel Tool and the name will change from Solid Commerce to Open Retail.
