Fulfillment Dashboard

Open Retail has developed a new Fulfillment dashboard with option to see different widgets:

- Orders to Fulfill
- Shipments by Package
- On time Shipments
- On Time delivery

In your Channels Manager account, go to: Reports > Fulfillment Dashboard

User will see a dashboard with 4 Widgets:

- Orders to Fulfill
- Shipments by Package
- On time Shipments
- On Time delivery

This Widget will show Information regarding:

User has possibility to:

- Filter by date
- Filter widget by:
  - By carrier
  - By Shipping method
  - By International/Domestic

Widget will show information:
- Total Shipments
- Total GMV Shipped
- Total Shipped Costs
- Total products shipped

On mouse over results we are providing information on 3 lines
- GMV Shipped
- Shipped Costs
- Shipments

User has possibility to:

- Filter by date
- Gear button with possibility to configure threshold for Warning
  - By default threshold is set to 80%
User will see in the widget:
- On time Shipments Percentage
  - Based on threshold Logic Percentage will be green or red
- Total Shipped
- On Time Shipped
  - Calculation formula:
    - Ship by date<= Shipped Date
    - If ship by date is empty we are assuming that ship by date=ship date
- Late Shipments (Ship by date>= Shipped Date)

User has possibility to:

- Filter by date
- Gear button with possibility to configure threshold for Warning
  - By default threshold is set to 80%
User will see in the widget:

On time Delivery Percentage
- Based on Logic Percentage will be green or red Total Shipped
  - On Time Shipped
    - Must arrive by date>= Delivered date
    - If Delivered by Date is empty we are assuming that Deliver by date=must arrive by date
  - - Late Shipments
      - Must arrive by date<= Delivered date or (current date or is delivered is False) if we don't have this information we assuming that all orders are delivered on time
